How it works
We have our strategy call so you can show me more about your current situation such as:
- What tasks are stealing your time
- Your current client journeys
- Current used tools
- The steps you would still like to do manually
- What tasks you’re not currently enjoying.
We will send you a form for you to complete and we’ll get together again to map out your workflows and evaluate if you’ll need any extra add-ons in your package (graphic design, copywriting, etc)
We will make sure we include all your inquiry and booking processes, canned emails, on-boarding and off-boarding processes.
We’ll send you our calendar so you can book your CRM Systems in a day! It would be great if you can be available that day at least for an hour so we make sure to keep you updated throughout the day
We will send you another calendar where you can book your training and processes walkthrough. You will also have a Q&A time to get clarity on how to use it.
You will also have 14 days of post project support.
You will start testing your workflows and using them with your clients and you might have questions, we get it! We can answer any questions by Loom or Email within the 14 days of your CRM in a day package setup.

Absolutely!
We know switching from one platform to another can get a little overwhelming, so we’d love to make the process easier for you.
We’ll review your current CRM to make sure the new one can accommodate your current processes or make recommendations on how to optimize your processes/workflows.
While we have graphic designers, that service is not included in CRM systems in a day. You can reach out to us to get started with your branding first.
Copywriting is not included in the package. However, we have an amazing copywriter focused on high converting copy for you. Win-Win!
If you don’t provide the copy for your canned emails we will provide basic copy that can be edited in the future by you if you like.
Expect to set aside 1 hour for the strategy call, 1 hour for the Walkthrough and then around 3 or 4 hours to answer our questionnaire, provide information and make decisions the day of the set up.
We will tell you what’s needed and provide the template but you will need to provide the questions for your forms, your contracts, provide brief for your emails or the copy, etc.
Don’t panic! That’s what the strategy call is for. We will learn form your business and propose what systems and client journeys can be part of workflows.
